Minister of Foreign Affairs Donika Grovalla although she has claimed since the failure to join the Council of Ministers of the Council of Europe that she is working for extraordinary hearings for Kosovo's membership in KiE much to say at a meeting with the KE Secretary-General.
He just said he had excellent “appointment” and that he has shown, as she believes, Kosovo's significant achievements in empowering human rights,
“Our citizens expect to consolidate our common values together and benefit from defence mechanisms at the Council of Europe”, wrote Gervala.
