Alejandro Camano, Inter star agent Lautaro Martinez, has given an update on the talks to renew the contract with the club, confirming that the deal has not yet been reached.
The 26-year-old striker was again the hero for “Nerazzurs” this week, marking a goal in the last minute against Naples to secure the club for the third time in Italy's Superkupa, a trophy that brings 8m euros.
Lautaro, who has contracts with Inter by June 2026, is captain of the club, marking 21 goals and providing five assistings in 27 matches in all competitions this season.
Speaking for “Radio Sportsva” Camano was first asked if Lautaro had reached his full maturity.
“Lautaro is important in Italian and European football, today I believe that with Haaland they are the two best strikers in Europe, he and Interi have improved greatly, they are the second best team in Europe to achieve extraordinary football, we are very happy. ”
The agent gave an update on talks to renew the contract with Inter.
“Lautaro is at a very high level, finding an agreement is not easy, there are many aspects to discuss. Today there is still no real deal, so we'll stay calm and talk to Inter constantly. Now the important thing is the team, the moment and he's happy.
