Koznik: I would fill it every day from a bus with Kosovar talents

Ardian Kossnik is known as a legend of Kosovo football and Albanian football in general.

Former football player from Gjakova has written his name in history after becoming the first Albanian to have won the bronze medal at the World Champions.

Although he had represented Croatia in that prestigious event and the fact that he lives in Zagreb was a long time, Kosnik has never forgotten his roots.

He has even tried to promote Kosovo football everywhere even in difficult times before U's accession. The EFA at FIFA, even now, writes “Gazeta Express”.

He has given an interview to the Croatian medium “Index.hr”, which, among other things, has discussed experiences he had in Hajduk Split and Dinamo Zagreb.

Kosnik also spoke of Kosovo talents, insisting that there is plenty of it, that every day he would fill it with a bus of talented players in our country.

Among other things, he stopped talking about Arber Hoxha's recent transfer from Slaven Belupo to Dinamo Zagreb, which was formalised last night.

Kossnik is convinced that if Hoxha shows himself to Dinamo, she can receive an invitation from the Kosovo National.

As far as compensation is concerned, I really wouldn't get into this, because clubs themselves know how much budget they have available. As for Hoxha's own quality, I've known him since she played for the Balkans. There he showed great potential and promised that he would turn into a great player”, Koznik said initially.

I don't understand why he didn't get a chance at Locomotive, because he dominated the Kosovo league and with better associates can only be better. His quality is not at all questioned, and Dinamo certainly did not recognize him by accident and bring him in. Slaven must be commended for bringing her and giving her a chance, now he has rewarded them. I only wish Hodge the best and show all his potential in Dinamo. ”

“I'm sure he can give a very good match for Dinamon, it's just a matter of him to adapt and be in shape. It's different to play in Slaven than in Dinamo or Hajduk, which is our biggest clubs and where you are every day under the pipe. You have to be good and I believe he can do that and he will have to get used to the fact that he's going to be one of Dinamo's players, and with Slaven everything went through him. ”

But, I repeat, the quality is there and I'm not afraid of it. It's also good for the nationals of Kosovo or Albania, depending on who will call it, because I believe that through Dinamo it can merit calls and assistance with its quality. It shows the very good qualities of a modern player as it has a strong left and right leg and excellent performance and revision of the game. ”

There really came a lot of good players from there, especially if we remember that the territory is so small. Even in the former Yugoslavia league, there were many good players, even though conditions for development were back in comparison with other countries. But it is not like before, because now Kosovo is working very seriously, and clubs are making their way to Europe. ”

“Work conditions have improved in recent years and work is good in nationals as well, because the newest players are monitored better. The best example is the Balkans, which beat Dinamon this season. For me it is normal for Croatian clubs to look more and more down, because players are talented and quality, and they are still not expensive enough to be available to our clubs. ”

And a few years ago, I organized a camp with Locomotive in my hometown of Gjakova, and there were so many talents there that if I was a manager, I would daily fill a bus with players that I think are good and can make a career. It's foolish to say that these guys are hungry, but most of all, they're hungry for success. All those I've met are known to be very honest, hardworking and have the right attitude toward football and life”, Koznik concluded.
