Rama said this 350m-euro project needs Pristina and that a signing by Finance Minister Iron Murati is now waiting for four months.
We've completed the design of the capital ring. We are awaiting a signing four months from the finance minister for permission to proceed to the rest. It is a major project of the capital that is most necessary. We were missed by a finance minister, unfortunately. You're not giving it away at the moment”, Rama said in Frontal.
Asked why Murati is not signing, he said the minister's “looks like a large sum” of money that is set to invest.
