The Kosovo, whose independence has been sanctioned by the International Criminal Court, the 14th head of this UN Charter, followed, adding that the “International Criminal Court cannot serve as an excuse for kidnapping territories or illegal annexing”.
According to him, if the peace that lasts in our region today is tangible, it has first to do with lessons learned to overcome the past and learn a future together through cooperation.
