Ismaili has asked this question since many times the current government has accused previous governments of failing different segments in Kosovo as the main cause of failing.
Ex-Deputet Ismaili has irony with this, where through a post on his profile on the social Facebook network he wrote:
Are police and special forces now the product of failed governments 20 years ago, KLA trauma, or do they have points from the sky before?
