Axham was mentioned by Idriz during his special statement. Idriz had claimed to have had property and private problems with Enver Ajamin, who, during the war, appeared to have broken into the kidnapping of Idriz by Ajami, as he claimed.
In the “Debat Plus” of RTV Dukaagjini, Ajami has declared that Idriz was known only as a fellow citizen while stressing that his sentence had suffered over the charges weighing him down. “I was a KLA soldier. I was arrested in 2003 for war crimes. I've been serving my sentence for six years, I've been serving my sentence for this act. I believe I've carried it out on the basis of this gentleman's conversation. I sacrificed and I was in prison innocent. Because I know myself innocent, I didn't do anything wrong during the operation”, he declared while stressing that I didn't stop “ (Agim Idriz). Never. I knew he was my friend. I didn't say traitor.
On the other hand, Ajami stressed that the person who had performed the work that the witness Idriz claimed was someone else and that the same had served the sentence.

The open witness of the Special Court, Agim Idrizi, who is invited by the Special Prosecutor, has answered questions from the lawyer saying there had been no problems or trouble with the Kosovo Liberation Army, but there had been property and private problems with Enver Ajamin, who during the war appeared to have been disturbed by the kidnapping of Idriz by Ajami, as the witness claims.
He has said he has gone to The Hague to show that there were no “Serbs, nor Serbian police or multi-ethnic”, and that is why he is in the Special Court.
And, Agim Idrizi, during the lawyer's questions, confirmed that with the KLA there had been problems, but the trouble had been with the Ajami family, which were property disputes.
