Izmir Zeqiri, who was elected to this position in the 23 April elections that were boycotted by the Serb minority that in the northern republic are majority, would like another idea for new elections.
“In my opinion it was better, it means having a political agreement to say so, and a will of resignations of the mayors”, Zeqiri told Klan Kosova.
In fact, he is continuing to carry out the task of chief community, not from the central office, but from an alternative to the village of Caber.
In his office in Zubin Potok, he physically went on May 26th, when as if the mayor of Zvecan and the Leposaviqi, with police assistance he was able to enter municipal buildings.
We have daily information about the situation in the municipality and around the municipality. So at certain times or right, we will go when the right conditions are created. We're going there with the entire cabinet, but right now we're still operating from here”, he added.
Meanwhile, in the Uyman Lake municipality building, there is an aesthetic problem. According to claims by some politicians and local activists, the inscription of the municipality in the Cyrillic alphabet was deliberately removed.
Zeqiri says that the letters blew the wind and that the claim the police lifted did not stand and that when the terms of the inscription are met, the inscription will be cited.
Zubin Potok's first is the second co-ordinator, along with Zvecan's Ilir Peci, perform duties from alternative environments.
And Lulzim Hetemi, who leads Leposaviqi, is staying in the municipality for more than two months.
