Suhareka Education Director: How can books of retail be bought cheaper than in abundance

According to him, this decision, mentioned by Minister Arberie Nagavci, is not correct at all, since retail books can happen to be purchased cheaper than in the amount of majority.

“This can't happen because it's a problem where an individual can go and buy books cheaper than a tender. A truck with books costs more expensive or cheaper when bought by most people at the stake”, he said.

There has been severe criticism from municipal directors of almost all cities for the education ministry's decision.
