Special Prosecutor Valdet Gashi, who investigated the case of 400kg of cocaine and the drop of tear gas in the Assembly by MPs, is scheduled for the investigation into the case of not coming oil and a quantity of wheat from state reserves.
The AP learns that after interviewing the responsible and fact-gathering the indictment will also be filed by the Special Prosecutor.
Early in August, two economic crimes investigators have started collecting documentation at the State Reserve Department and interviewing officials responsible for the grain and oil contract.
Under the Kosovo Government's decision, 10m euros were earmarked for the purchase of goods for state reserve, but in the decision the prime minister had signed, Albin Kurti had ruled out procurement procedures, although the law does not foresee that.
Article 19 of Law No. 03L-244 for the State Stock Reserve stipulates that reserves should be submitted to procurement procedures.

And it's just a secret location that explains Article 9.
“The location of state reserves the Strategic Plan and the annual programme, as well as the location of state reserves of goods are considered state secret”.
Prosecutor Gashi has filed charges of high profiles and allegations of organised crime and corruption, but also of the current prime minister, Albin Kurti, for dropping tear gas in the Assembly while trying to vote demarcation with Montenegro.
At the court hearing, Kurt had refused to answer prosecutor Gashi in question. By the indictment of prosecutor Gashi, the current prime minister, Albin Kurti, was sentenced to one year and 3 months in prison with the reasoning of using the weapon and 3 months for obstructing the official person.
This sentence enabled Albin Kurt even to be the bearer of the Vetevendosje list in the last national election, where Vjosa Osmani led the list.
