Sentenced to six months of exile accused of running MP Ganimete Musliu

The act against accused Maloku was announced on Monday by Judge Driton Berisha, reports “The Justice Vow “.

Judge Berisha said the prison sentence against Maloku could be replaced in fine sentences of 5 thousand euros, with the consent of the accused.

The prison sentence will be executed in the 15-day term after the act becomes almighty.

The accused is obliged to pay the procedural expenses as much as will the court, as well as the 50-euro amount on behalf of the judiciary and another 20 euros in compensation funds for crime victims.

Disdamaged Ganimee Musliu, for realising the rich-juridic demand, has been directed into civil conflicts.

Disgruntled parties against this bias have the right to complaint in the 30-day term.

According to the indictment compiled on May 18, 2023, it is said that on December 23, 2022 about 17:16, until the damaged Ganimette Musliu was in her car in the neighborhood of “In Pristina, accused Driton Maloku through mobile phone and injured Ganimete Musliu in the quality of the Kosovo Assembly deputy with words “Are you Ganimet, you have to disappear” and then a few minutes from around 17:35 you send a text message via text phone to “Ganimes, Are you going to get that sort of job for what you're paying for or returning 20,000 euros that you've done for me. This is going to have to do with your cell phone with the texting “Ghanim>;

With that, accused Maloku was charged with committing criminal work by Article 181, paragraph 3 concerning paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code. The maximum penalty for this offense is set at five years in prison.
