State reserve relatives controversy in 2021 has opened business in Kosovo

The person who deceived a state, robbing it of nearly 600 thousand euros according to the Prosecution, has opened its business branch in Kosovo as well.

Tomasz Tokarski in the Business Record Agency opened the subsidiary of the power company XANTO, named XANTO KOS L.L.C. in 2021

Tokarski, known as a fraud in Poland, is a stocker 100 percent and a company director as well.

It has declared capital worth 1,000 euros, while primary activity has mediation for the sale of raw raw materials, raw animals, raw textiles and semi-ready goods.

For secondary activity, Tokarski also has the cultivation of other multiyear-old plants that coincide with his business in Poland that media have reportedly deceived many Polish citizens.

Albanian Post has reported how Tokarski in Poland is known as a person who has deceived many people by urging them to invest in a product that claims to cure cancer, to return to double investment, but that hasn't happened.

Mahmut Halimi, the lawyer of one of the account's account suspects with reservations, Ridvan Muharremi, has indicated on the Dbat Plus show that Tokarski has been in Kosovo, but that the state bodies have not taken anything from him, despite being reported.

One detail that lawyer Halimi has shown is that Tokarski was justified in having his daughter with cancer, and that's why he hasn't carried out his 120 thousand pounds of sugar and 200 thousand liters of oil despite the payments.

Later, according to the lawyer, Tokarski had argued he was failing to bring the goods to Kosovo because of blocking goods from Serbia. And after a while, the owner of the XANTO company has not even been notified.

Since the minister is not talking about the media, it remains completely unintelligible why the government had shown no interest in meeting with the fraud Tokarski, who had taken their first and brought their goods.

Lawyer Halimi has also involved a person in the mediation of reserves, called Nezir Idrizi, who, according to lawyer Halimi, is a shareholder in the Tokarski business in Kosovo, but that in the ARBK does not result in shares.

Tokarski in Poland has deceived many citizens by claiming to have discovered a drug that cures cancer and if it is invested in investment value doubles very quickly. According to the media in Poland, the value Tokarski has deceived people is close to 1m euros.

The state of Kosovo has carried out no verification of the owner of the XANTO company, trusting him entirely and doing it for sugar and oil.
