Murati doesn't like the AKK sending the law to Constitutional: They don't have them for citizen or state.

Murati has said this municipal action is in vain.
Whatever they're trying to do with this old political register, it's to hide behind the Constitutional Court, that they supposedly would have approved the tax discount, but that's why the law was blocked at Constitutional Court””, it wrote among other things.
Full response:
For the law that they had passed on in 2018, a law that envisioned market property assessment, and that it provided that taxes on objects would also begin to be calculated by 100% of value in 2023, they tried to blame our government.
They said that the citizen was being heavily burdened, and that if he was in their hands, he would let that burden go.
The government Kurt made it possible by adopting the change of the Law for Tax in Property so that each municipality would have the opportunity to forgive bills of up to 100 euros for 2023, for all taxpayers.
So, what do they do now that 6 months ago “the plight of citizens”?
They send the law to the Constitutional Court.
So it's proven once again that the screams are not about the citizen or the state.
However, their actions too are in vain.
All they're trying to do with this old political register, is hide behind the Constitutional Court, that they supposedly would have approved the tax discount, but that's why the law is blocked at the Constitutional Court”.
But that doesn't drink water.
Because the amended law is already in effect, and each municipality has the opportunity to decide for forgiveness or not for part of the property tax for all taxpayers most distant on September 15, 2023.
