The Ministry of Management of Local Power has clarified that the head of the Pristina Parliament is Fehmi Kupina, not Pellumb Bajqinovci.
MAPL's reasoning is said to be the decision of an extraordinary meeting with the date of 21.07.2023 is contrary to the chairmanial election procedure, since the capital's Assembly legally has leadership, so procedures must first be developed for its dismissal.
The capital is said to have to take action within the legal deadline of 30 days.
