Basha has said these kinds of records are being made in order to sue Kosovo as a foreign investor in arbitration.
But being a foreign investor does not help you in any Court of Arbitrazhi. First, because to go to an Arbitrazhi court, he must agree on both sides. And second, because for the parties the principle of equality is worth in each court of Arbitrazhi, where the case would potentially go to any of Kosovo's companies and state.
