The criminal history of Andy Pajazit, the suspect in the “Ban Vivant”

Pajazit has been assigned the detention measure by the Constitutional Court in Pristina under suspicion that he committed several criminal acts, initially that of serious murder, the use of weapons, possession or possession of the weapon, and the cause of overall danger.
Pajaziti allegedly deprived Kastriot Ramadanin of life, who was initially wounded at the “Bon Vivant”, while several hours later the same died after injuries suffered in the abdominal body part.

One of the cases is in the Randa Crime Department, dated August 4th 2020, when the prosecution had handed over the indictment for Pajazit for criminal participation in the beating.
In this criminal case in court procedure other than Pajazit there are seven other defendants, while so far there is still no firm rule on the issue.
“P, for criminal participation in beatings by Article 187 paragraphs 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code. In this criminal case in judicial procedure there are seven other defendants, the content holds the number PKR.nr.792/2020, and for the same yet there is no judicial ruling”, the tribunal's response said.
Two charges have also been filed against him, one of September 17th, 2019, and another of June 24, 2021.
On September 17th, 2019, the Court in Pristina had accepted the indictment by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor for Andy Pajazit, for criminal work in co-ordination, where they are accused of committing criminal acts, “Easy Body End and Use of weapons or dangerous instrument”.
Even this subject still has no final epilogue.
While on June 24, 2021, by the prosecution, the Court had accepted the indictment at the request for the pronunciation of the penal order by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina for defendant Andy Pajaziti for the criminal conduct of the row and for the same still has no judicial ruling.
On the other hand, Gashi has confirmed that against Andy Pajazit there are four cases complete, three sentences fined what the execution procedure has initiated.
“at the Foundation Court in Pristina for accused A. P are finished. In the Randa Crime Department, there's a case that's ended with a court of justice. In the General Department, the Penal Division is three cases concluded with bias. The accused A.P. has three cases of execution, of which the execution procedure has been initiated with fines”, it is now said.
Otherwise, on August 4th, during the shootout at “Ban Vivant”, one person was left dead until another 20 were injured.
The deceased had remained 39-year-old Kastriot Ramadani.
According to the prosecution, the late Kastriot Ramadani when he noticed that Andy Pajaziti and Gezim Zakuti had pulled out the firearm from his generation. Then there was Dukagji Nikollaj, who is still on the run.
According to the prosecution's file, Kastriot Ramadani has been hit with glass bottles on his head several times by defendant Andy Pajaziti, until the latter had fired his weapon.
