“Referenced to your request for information, by the judge of this criminal case we have been informed that the defendant R.M. has not pleaded guilty”, says the Pristina Constitutional Court's response.
The “Justice Vow” has reported today that businessman Muharrem, involved in the state reserve relationship, has filed an indictment in 2021 on electricity theft.
According to the indictment filed by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, which has provided “The Justice Bet”, Ridan Muharremi is charged with using the power units on November 19th 2020 in its furnace, with the aim of embezzlement of non-combatable foreign items in order to bring about illegal property benefits from the electricity in this case.
“Justice Vow” has contacted Muharrem's lawyer, Mahmut Halimin, who has said he does not represent Muharrem in this subject but only in case of state reserves
Ridvan Muharremi and two state officials are now released from custody after being arrested on 19 August this year in a special prosecutor's action. Muharrem is suspected to have been illegally mediating in buying state reserves from Turkey and Poland. He allegedly helped two state officials, Hafiz Gara, Irfan Lipovica, break the law when ordering the purchase of state reserves
