On the e-Kosovo platform has been published the link in which parents can apply for subvention of textbooks for children from 1-5th grade.
The Education Ministry on Thursday evening has announced it will allocate 80 euros to students from 1st to 5th grade for the purchase of textbooks and textbooks.
Some parents, however, have complained that they have not been able to adopt because they think the page is not working.
But when a week is left at the start of the new school year, libraries are not yet supplied with textbooks.
