Appeal cancels Nagip Krasniqi's continuing two-month detention
The Court of Appeals has decided to annul the Foundation's decision to extend detention for two months to KEK chief Nagip Krasniqi.
However, the same one will continue to remain in custody until another decision on the first scale.
On the day of three months of detention, on 19 July, the Constitutional Court decided to extend this move to the suspended KEK chief for another 60 days.
The decision has complained to the protection of the suspended KEK chief.
Krasniqi is suspected of misusing official duty, exercising influence and conflict of interest, for two one-year contracts worth over 3.5m euros.
