Tensions later begin in northern Kosovo municipalities, the cause of controversy local Serbs had for young Albanian mayors stemming from extraordinary local elections in those municipalities.
Now when institutions go on summer vacation, it is still not known when the EU can call a summit, on issues related to implementation of the Ohrid agreement.
Contacters of the political processes consider that despite the possibility of interruptions due to summer holidays, in case of any tension, meetings could be held.
Political analyst Wisar Xani says that by autumn, however, no other dynamics of Brussels meetings are expected.
“In the dialogue process will be a slower process, this will last until September or late August we will not have any dynamics. And of course the sequence is worth a period maybe later, so in order to have another dynamic in autumn of this year... Only when there are tensions, there is after a dynamic and meeting in Brussels differently in the normal situation that we will not have a meeting in Brussels, and we will have a break in this period”, Xani said.
Full summer dialogue cuts do not await university professor Seb Bytyqi.
There may be a delay in intensity in August, but in the past there are meetings even in August, so there is no complete interruptions even during the summer. As for sequence, the problem is that there is still no sequence, and then even when an agreement is reached there are expected to be obstacles from Serbia, which has shown no interest in implementing the” agreement, Bytyqi praised.
Meanwhile, the next meeting between Kosovo's chief negotiator, Besnik Bislimi and his Serbian counterpart, Petar Petkovovic, occurred on Wednesday. /tv1
