LDK MP Vlora Dumoshi has indicated that she has handed over to the Constitutional Court the subject with which Kosovo's Parliament, according to Dumosh illegally dismissed Kimete Gashi from the Public Prosecutorial Supervisor Organisation.
Dumosh has stressed that on behalf of 13 deputies of various parliamentary subjects, he is handing over that decision. Full Posting:
Today, on behalf of 13 deputies of various parliamentary subjects, I handed over to the Constitutional Court the subject with which we counter both in form and in content, Kosovo Assembly Decision No.08-V-583 of the date 13,07.23, in which illegal and against the Constitution is dismissed. Kimete Gashi from the Public Procureing Agent.
