The Hydrometerological Institute has warned that in many urban countries the presence of air masses will enable temperatures to reach up to 40 degrees Celsius.
These are the nine steps that MSH recommends childcare:
- Don't expose children aged 0.
- Use wide - covering hats for all ages;
- Put on broad and light garments.
- Give them regular water;
- Clean up regularly.
- Child Care While in pool/seas
- Apply sunscreen every 2 hours, 3 hours, no less than 20.
- In the first week of sun exposure, use products with protection factors no less than 50;
- Don't send them to the toy park at the 10:00 interval.
- Young children should be monitored by adults, not by older children because they too are driven to play and can easily be distracted.
As a result of hot air measures, IHMK has called for increased care during these days.
According to the IHMK, the weekend is also designed to be extremely high.
According to them, this weather with these extreme temperatures is the result of the arrival of hot air masses from North Africa.
“Since the UV index will be very high, recommended to limit as much of the sun's rays as possible, from 10-17 hours, however, people with chronic diseases, hypertensions, diabetics, asmmatics, to wear sun protection glasses, umbrellas, light-colored clothes, skin-protections, then drink water as often as we can, not soda, eating trees and vegetables and eating less, etc. ”- has appealed IHPC.
