I think any form that can increase influence and effectiveness is welcome. This is not how this transition can continue between the two countries ( Kosovo- Serbia) because it is holding the region hostage. RMV and Albania have the obligation to contribute to normalisation of reports, and this normalisation implies mutual recognition”.
The head of the Albanian government, days ago, presented a new and clear demand for dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia. Rama proposed changing the format of the dialogue process from the common one to a normalisation conference under the care and pressure of internationals without the right to exit Dayton equally 2.0.
However, according to Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Kosovo in the past has had international conferences, while now has the Brussels/Ohri Agreement, which according to him must be implemented.
Unlike the European Union summit margins, European Council chief Charles Michel has clearly supported the idea and Prime Minister Rama's proposal for holding a normalisation conference.
