MINT assigns the profit margin to the derivative pumps

The decision is based on regular monitoring of prices in the oil products market, daily evidence accepted by Kosovo Customs, as well as daily reports by the Market Inspectorate, concerning the prices of retail and retail oil products, with the cerrass being recorded an increase in prices that is not reflected by price movements on the world market.
MTI, says it provides grounds for price regulation and the appointment of other safeguard clauses under Law No.08/L-018 For Oil Product Trade and Renewable Fuels and Administrative Guide (QRK) No. 03,2022 For the Renewable Oil Products and Fuels Awards and the Other Protection Measures.
Under this decision, the allowed maximum trading margin is two eurocents per litre, while the maximum retail trade margin is twelve (12) eurocents per litre.
This decision comes into force a day after publishing in the Official Journal of the Republic of Kosovo.
