Without Kurt: Rama meeting ends with regional leaders in Tirana

In Tirana, 30 leaders of the Western Balkans met at a informal meeting in Ville, except for Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti. At this informal meeting, all projects to be financed under the Berlin Process were discussed. This summit will be held in Tirana in October.
The European Commission is expected to allocate the projected 2 billion euros to Balkan countries.
And at this informal meeting in Tirana today, leaders of the Balkan countries discussed what are the most priority projects for the region to be supported.
There was not a decision-making at this meeting, since the meeting was informal, but in the context of co-ordination of actions between states.
Today's meeting missed Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti after attending a conference on the island of Crete in Greece.
