But Konjufca says Rama claims that that draft-staus is in line with the Kosovo Constitution.
“He claims to be in line with the Constitution of Kosovo, but it has seemed to me that the specific elements Rama proposed contain territorial autonomy for Kosovo Serbs, and that is contrary to the interest of the Albanian nation”, the head of the Assembly has declared.
He has also said the idea of territorial exchange has damaged Kosovo.
We had a crisis in 2017 when it appeared that Albania is on the side of the option that was territorial exchange for Kosovo as well. And I think this has damaged Kosovo. I think the idea of the Open “Balkan” has damaged Kosovo, because that's the difference from what Kosovo” needs.
And now it is this third gap that is also damaging Kosovo. When we're on our own and when Albania doesn't understand us either. I think that from this there are positive things and from these positions, Kosovo only gets damaged”, he has declared.
