Hoxhaj for Kurti who refused Tirana: Kosovo's foreign policy default

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has not participated in the meeting of Prime Minister Edi Rama with regional leaders under the Berlin Process.

Kurti's decision on non-participation has opposed former Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj, saying that this implies Kosovo's “resolution of foreign policy”.

According to Hoxhaj, Kurti's absence in Tirana is happening because of his unequivocal anger.
