MPs from the Democratic Party of Kosovo for the second time have been blocking the Kosovo Parliament's folk after chief speaker Glauk Konjufca tried to continue the session.
LDK MP Armend Zemaj said that under the Parliament's regulation when it becomes a mess and MPs do not listen to the chief parliament is the legal obligation to stop sessions.
For the sake of the citizens, and for the duty of respecting the decision of the Parliament, you have constitutional and moral obligation to cut it”, he said.
Chief speaker Glauk Konjufca has continued with the work of today's session.
He has asked Prime Minister Kurti's defence to drop the hall, while PDK deputies release the speaker they have blocked.
