According to Mr. Orto Deportivo, Athletico Paranase has enabled the Catalans to send signed documentation so the agreement is closed and formalised.
According to the same source, there is an agreement between two clubs -- 30m euros plus 20m euros for goals -- but Blaugrans have not yet sent the documents. Alexander Mattos, sports director of Hurricane, contacted Barcelona and gave Barcelona 24 hours to complete the documentation.
According to Mundo Deportivo, there is interest in other clubs, such as Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Tottenham, who can interfere with the struggle for the 18-year-old Brazilian attacker.
In 2023, Vitor Roque has 15 goals and five assistings in 30 matches for Athletico Paranaense.
