Serbian analyst Dusan Janjic said the agreement on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia is binding under international law, meaning it is both political and legal duty.
He said those who lead the negotiations have not yet realised that this is their moral and social duty both to Kosovo and to Serbia.
“The dialog volume between Belgrade and Pristina is set on the basis of the UN General Assembly resolution (OKB) and cannot be changed while the resolution is valid”, Font told.
Janjaq believes that the format of bilateral talks within dialogue, with much preparation and loss of time, has long been used, which he says is one of the reasons for the crisis and stresses that the whole process is conducted bureaucraticly.
In his opinion, however, change will follow, as seen by active involvement in the United States of America.
Janjak says there will be a grouping of their topics and presentation where the Serbian Orthodox Church's thought and its proposal for an agreement on Serbian cultural heritage will have to be heard.
He said he would have to negotiate with Kosovo Serbs, not only with the Republika Srpska” List, but with Albanians from Serbia, at the end of that process to organise an international conference.
