Montenegro's incumbent Prime Minister Dritan Abzavoic, Northern Macedonia Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski, and EU Commissioner for Business and Enlargement Oliver Varhely are also expected to arrive.
This meeting will discuss the Berlin Process and the next summit, scheduled to be held in mid-October in Tirana.
Prime Minister Rama is expected to lie around 13: 00 p.m. and a informal lunch with regional leaders.
There is not yet expected to be any representatives from Kosovo, as Prime Minister Kurti will attend a conference in Greece, while Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi has confirmed he will not attend. /euronews
