About 700 trucks are waiting in parking lots from Kraleva to Jarinje to enter Kosovo territory, Serbia's Radio Television has reported.
Trucks with goods from Serbia have been barred from entering Kosovo, in a move Kosovo Government took after the kidnapping of three Kosovo police officers in Leposaviq by Serbian forces on 14 June.
Truck drivers have called on Kosovo authorities to allow passage. They say they don't care about politics, and they don't even care what license plates have.
The Kosovo Foreign Ministry has recommended all citizens coming towards Kosovo not to pass through Serbia, but to address other border points, among them those with Northern Macedonia.
The cause of recent tensions in northern Kosovo, EU High Representative for Foreign Policy Josep Borrell, has invited a crisis management meeting this week.
