The meeting is under way in the spaces of the EU Office in Kosovo.
The two emissaries today also met the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, while they went to the office last night to executive head Albin Kurti.
Lajcak expressed concern for the situation in the north, while saying they submitted three requests to Kurti.
We introduced the proposal within the international community that contains three points. The first de-pass, the second new quick elections and the third turning to dialogue. We had a long, frank and difficult discussion with the prime minister about these points. If we had reached a deal [for elections], I would have said”, Lajcak said in front of reporters.
