IKD Director Ehat Miftaraj has named good news abolishing the ARBK's decision to suspend the television business certificate “Klan Kosova”.
Miftaraj in a post on social network “Facebook” said that “hopes MINT will not take punitive measures against ARBK and the person who made the decision”.
He has recalled that the IKD will offer free legal assistance to any official who is “persecution subject” from the institution because of the exercise of the function.

Good news from the ARBK for the return of legitimacy and closing an unnecessary drama caused by Minister Roseta Hajdari.
Let's hope MINT doesn't take punishment measures against the ARBK and the person who's legally established in this case.
IKD recalls that within its mandate it offers free legal assistance to every public official in cases where they are subjected to persecution on the part of the institution because of the exercise of its office under the law and by respecting the procedure.
