According to Judge Erol Gashi, the accused Vraniqi was regularly invited, but his absence had not reasoned.

Otherwise, the Constitutional Prosecutor's indictment in Pristina on May 30th 2023, Erzen Vriniqi, is charged with the quality of the top public official, the prime minister's adviser, deliberately acting contrary to Article 5, par. 1 of the Law on Declaration, Obligation and Control of the Riches of High Public Officials and Declaration, Freedom and Control of Gifts for All Officials Persons.
The Actakuz says that even though Vraniqi has been committed and long announced by the contact official close to the employment body to make the exact statement for 2021, the same has not made the same statement right after failing to declare the income from the N business.
