Expert: Kurt knew the consequences of foolish actions, access to US must change

Security expert Adrian Steuni in a live link from Washington for “Special Report” said the crisis in northern Kosovo could have been avoided. He stressed that the Serb actions are punishable as he criticised Albin Kurti's stance by not listening to international allies.
