Enver Hasani does not back down: Diploma presenting the Dean of Jurydic, Avni Puka is a fig.

Even though Avni Puka presented a degree and said he would legally follow Hasani for his statements, Professor Enver Hasani said the diploma in question is nullible.

The paper published on Monday the letter Professor Enver Hasani has sent to the UPP sector Qerim Qerim, in which he claims that University authorities “La Sapienza” has confirmed that Avni Puka has not performed a doctorate in this institution, so far we have no reaction from the Rector Qerim or Minister of Education Arberie Nagavci.

He says an answer should be sought by Avni Puka why he has never asked for nostification.

The question that should be Avni's is this: why didn't you have it in the Juridical and August files and why didn't you ever ask for novation?”, Hasani told the Express Journal.

In this case, Puka has said that Hasan's accusation “constitutes serious slander, spreading rumors and lies in public, only in order to harm my image, reputation and personal and professional authority, and the image of the institution, respectively, the Faculty of Jurydic and the UP.”

He has warned that he will follow legal ways in this case.

On the other hand, the Organisation for Quality Growth in Education (ORCA), led by Rron Djindjic, has expressed concern over the denouncing that Professor Enver Hasani has made to the Juridic dean Avni Puka, who according to Hasani, has deceived because there is no doctorate conducted at the “University. La Sapienza” in Italy.

ORCA estimates that Professor Hasan's denouncing is “sufficiently serious”, as well as demanding that this case be handled in the highest cases of UP.

Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor has not returned answers if they have launched investigations into Hasan's indictment.
