Edi Rama tries to save Albin Kurti: Invites for a Dayton for Kosovo

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has proposed a new impetus for normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia, saying Brussels' long-standing dialogue is not producing results

Rama has proposed that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and France's President Emmanuel Macro be involved in the process.

He has mentioned what happened in the Dayton Agreement: Both leaders of the two countries will enter talks and not come out of it until an agreement is reached.

The “needs a new impetus, it requires a new takeover and closure of both sides under the direct care of the landlords of the plan that has become a basic agreement that is France and Germany with the support of the United States and, of course, the EU. And it's not a new idea of mine that I've said at the big table in Moldova, and I think this walk in Brussels is just a status quo”, Rama said.

Since it has not directly mentioned the Dayton Agreement, the Albanian prime minister hinted that what he proposed to Chancellor Scholz and President Macro is similar to such an agreement. /Periscope.
