Kosovo citizens have differing opinions as far as Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama's proposal for the Serb majority municipalities' draft association status. Some citizens have welcomed this proposal by the Albanian prime minister, and others consider that only the Government of Kosovo has decisions.
Mehdi Jashari estimates that anyone can give opinions and opinions, but the state of Kosovo has decisions.
Similar thoughts divide Mirsad Krasniqi. According to him, if the Albanian state wants to help get out of this crisis, it should consult our country's institutions. This citizen from Pristina estimates Edi Rama with yesterday's proposal is showing it to be anti-Kosovo.
No proposal should be taken into account.
But unlike those citizens' opinions, Izet Zhuja welcomes the draft status proposal for Association from Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama.
During yesterday's day, Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, has declared that he has handed over a draft of the Serb majority municipalities' Association to French President Emmanuel Macron, and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. For this document, he has said he has also informed the president of the European Council and Americans.
Rama has said the draft is worked by experts, and according to him expects the same one to be used to lead to another level of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
