Kosovo Telekom (TK) has come up with a clear communique for the public over citizens' complaints of network problems on VLA platforms.
The communique says that our consumers' “needs for internet services are growing and to cope with these requirements and all other requirements, currently Telekom has entered the changing phase of existing platforms, which as a result of lack of technological investment for over eight years, have no longer enough capacity to cope with the rise of demand for advanced internet services”.

At the same time, it is clear that the non-progressive and mandated campaigns for specific interests -- whatever they are -- will fail to shift our focus from the recovery of Kosovo Telekom, through a comprehensive restructuring and investment project that is already in the implementation phase. The effects of this process will be observed as early as next months.
Moreover, with our citizens/consumers whose service we are 24/7, despite these dramatic campaigns that favour competition, we will maintain the relationship of mutual trust that we created along with the difficulties we shared, which resulted from poor management, no long investment in platform technology and maintenance, and public property abuse in the recent past.
Thanks to consumers for understanding, we express the conviction that thanks only to their loyalty and understanding, Kosovo Telecom will be able to recover and return to them through the services they seek and deserve.
