By means of a Facebook report, Superpuda suggests that inneses that engage workers through superworks have to go through verifications as follows:
To declare workers engaged in the Kosovo Tax Administration (ATK);
To declare workers in ATK with the same salary or higher than the announcement of superwork;
No unpaid tax obligations to ATK.
We recall that the government's subsidy is done by a month apart, because the announcement of workers in ATK is made by the 15th of next month of engagement. So for workers engaged in April, the ATK statement is made by May 15th.
