EU Emisari Miroslav Lajcak has expressed concern over the situation, while Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim has criticised the Union for failing to respond, as he said the past few days had some problems in that part. The last meeting between Kosovo and Serbia did not produce any agreement on the upcoming talks. Bislimi said on Monday that “we have not specified today how it will go beyond”.
