Ahmet Tahiri, Naser Pajasitaj's lawyer, has stated they will apply for compensation for the years his client has spent in prison.
Tahiri said the compensation Pajasitaj will seek is 1m euros.
“Naser had lynx and all, affected by it were his children, lost eight years of his life in prison. We'll ask for 1m euros”, Tahiri said.
The request for compensation, Tahiri has said it will be ready within the week, since they have been awaiting the Supreme Act.
I believe that within the week, we will have the retaliatory request”, Tahiri has declared.
The decision to release Pajaziaj from the murder charge was issued three weeks ago by the Criminal College of the Supreme Court, but that the court has been issued today.
