According to the announcement, the Special Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against defendants E. B, L.B., B.V, A.S. and A.H. approved.
Therefore, the same ones have been assigned a month - long detention rate for each.
The prison is assigned to Article 184 paragraph 1, points 1.1, as well as 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 of the KKPPR, the Court ruling says.
“Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina”.
