According to the recent Supreme Court act, minors G. R, G.J. and J.S. are released for freedom.
“With approval of requests for protection of juvenile defenders' legitimacy: G. J. J.S., and according to official duty, so do minor G. The R, the Constitutional Court Act in Pristina-Department for Mitur, dates 24,02.23 and the Act of the Court of Appeals of Kosovo, dated 27.03.23, so that minors, G. J, J. S, G.R., was denied the detention measure and the same after the surrender of the court is released to protect itself in freedom”, says the Act of Supreme Court of the judiciary.
Consequently, until a formal form bias, the three minors will be protected in freedom, because the Supreme has been admitted “the protection of legitimacy”.
The Supreme government's present - day decision does not affect the next convict, who is not a minor and is Ekrem Rexhepi, who was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
And three other minors suspected of the case were sentenced to 25 years in prison together with G.R. to 9 years in prison, and G.J. and J.S to eight years in prison each.

Indictee Ekrem Rexhepi has been found guilty of criminal work “Dunimi” and has been sentenced to prison terms for 15 years, in which time spent in custody is estimated.
