Chief NATO, Jens Stolteberg, has announced that 700 additional troops will be engaged to ensure security in Kosovo, following tensions in the north. In Zvecan, Leposaviq and Zubin Potok, local Serbs are protesting the entry of new Albanian mayors into municipal buildings.
