The KCPP board finds violations in the USKKUK tender: Write warning for Krasniqi, written remarks about Behra

The board of Public Procurement Regulatory Commission after the identity of the violation in a negotiated tender at SKKUK has written a written warning to Procuration Chief Salaj Krasniqi, while writing remarks to official Muhamet Behra.

With a decision dated March 2nd, 2023 as published this week on the Public Procurement Regulatory Commission website, the decision by this institution's Board to procuration officials of the University Clinical Service of Kosovo, Peace Krasniqi and Muhamet Behra has been made known

Krasniqi, who is chief of the USSKUK Procurement Office, has been pronounced measures “for written warning”, while procurement official Muhamet Behra has been pronounced the measure “for writing”.

These measures were taken against them because of a negotiated tender the company had won “Pharma Leader”, worth 2187 Euro.

It's the “Emergency Planning procedure with medical material for Hemodialyz for the needs of SHSKUK” with a 2022-00220-221104 procurement number 1-1-1-5 realised in November last year.

In line with the decision by the KCPP Board, Beira Krasniqi had not announced KRPP for the procedure negotiated under the Public Procure Law. The initiative of this decision was made at the request by the Central Barnatore, writes Schneta newspaper.

According to the decision, the B50 document was loaded on the CRPP platform, but it was not pressing the “button to post” by which the Monitoring Department would be announced.

“Based on data as the highest AK-KKKKK Pro guilty official, failing to perform the delivery action through the button KCPP-Department of Monitoring) has not announced by e-mail and inbox of the system under legal requirements The KCPP in terms of using the negotiated procedure without publishing the contract as scheduled with the LPP Article 35 of”, the decision says.

Krasniqi had responded to the Board on this issue, saying that “for this procurement procedure has been charged with leading senior procurement official Mr. Muhamet Behra under the SKKUK procurement sector, which has carried out other negotiated procedures and has been reported every time CRPP in line with law”

In the meantime Behra herself has not returned any answers to the KCPP Board.

We remember that in January of this year, the competition for chief of the USKKKU Procurement Office has been open, where Krasniqi has been one of the candidates. This competition was cancelled in February.
