An indictment of three nurses for the attack on the elderly in Pec

“Foundation Procurory in Pec, announces the public opinion that it has filed an indictment against three people indicted, A.P., A.R., and R.K., due to well-based suspicion that the same in co-ordination, against the sensitive (old) victim, have committed criminal work “The” attack, from Article 184, paragraph 3, sub-paragraph 3.1, regarding Article 31 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”, the prosecution's announcement said.

According to the indictment, the three defendants in the quality of nurses at the nursing home of the elderly “Orenda”, deliberately and jointly use force against the elderly who was placed in the shelter, in the way that after defendants plan to bring the sensitive victim under control, with the request of defendant A.P.P., the defendant R.K., Encic by phone, and the defendant A.R., using the victim by keeping the defendant, A.P., slaps the victim with a three-time kneepiece, e.g.g., the defendant conducts all of these actions by the video and the three defendants.

According to the prosecution, with these actions there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendants have fulfilled the elements of the criminal act described as high.

The prosecutor of the case in the case of the indictment's establishment has proposed to the Court that the defendants plead guilty and be punished under the law for criminal acts that are being charged.

Also in the department of grave crimes in this prosecutor, investigative actions are under way for the housing process for criminal acts by the corruption chapter.
