Institute for Research and Human Rights ( IHDNY has indicated that with concern they are observing the conditions and labour rights of cleaning workers.
At a recognition I HDZ has stressed that cleaning workers deserve dignified treatment for their work, and institutional protection for respecting their rights at work.
“IHDNY is indignant with the supervision missing from the Kosovo Labour Inspectorate and Tax Administration for this category of workers. IHDNJ research, among other things, has presented as disturbing overload, lack of medical rest, lack of respect for minimum wage, contract-free jobs, lack of pension contributions. The IHDNI calls on government institutions for the necessity of revising and well implementing non-lacitisation legislation in the hygienic maintenance sector. The injustice to this sector cannot be returned to normal. Institutions must bear responsibility for failing to protect this category of workers”, the announcement said.
The IHDNI is actively involved in the survey for better working conditions for well-mannered hygienic workers, and I will continue this battle until the end of all rights for all these workers.
