Hoti returns archives, publishes a video of Prime Minister Kurti when discussing steps to take before dialogue

Former Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has published an earlier speech by Vetevendosje Movement leader Albin Kurti, where he talks about five conditions for Serbia in terms of dialogue.

Kurti in this speech is heard counting five conditions without which it says Kosovo should not communicate, but neither dialogue and negotiations with Serbia.

Under these conditions, Kurti has cited Kosovo's departure from the Constitution, the return of the unattended and the apology, the handover of criminals who committed crimes in Kosovo, the ban on the repression of Albanians in the Presevo Valley, and the latest condition that is connected with war damage damage damage, reports the Express.

Serbia must change its constitution and accept Kosovo independence. The second, humanitarian and moral condition, Serbia must return the found and apologise for the crimes it committed. The third condition, to hand over to us those criminals who committed murder, rape and torture in Kosovo. The fourth condition is political condition. Serbia needs to rest with the crackdown and discrimination of Albanians in the Presevo Valley, and the fifth condition is the condition of damage. Without meeting these conditions, we don't have to communicate that it lets me dialogue and negotiate with Serbia”, Kurti had said.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has continued the process of dialogue with Serbia, even though none of the conditions that he has consistently counted, have been met, the same as he lists in videos.
